  I accidentally purchased the guided transfer when I was just trying to renew my subcription. There is no option for a refund or to cancel. Please advise.

  Head over to https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/ page to cancel or renew any service or paid upgrades. Make sure you are logged into the account which paid for these services/ upgrades.

  Thanks! It only shows up under billing and not under purchases.

  I accidentally purchased the guided transfer when I was just trying to renew my subcription.

  I’ve cancelled and refunded the Guided Transfer upgrade on your site. There is a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History here:

  Refunds usually take 7-14 business days to show on your statement, so you can expect to receive the money around that time.
