I requested a full refund shortly after I created a site on July 15 and still have not received it. I cannot find contact info on the site to resolve. Can anyone help?

Take note, it state refunds are issued on billing cycles.

I can see that a partial refund has been processed already. The domain portion of the purchase price has not been refunded yet.
Please confirm that you do not have any plans to use this domain in the future? Once we cancel and refund the domain there’s no guarantee that you’ll be able to secure ownership of it again.

I’ve released the additional $26 for a total refund of $35.88. Typically, it only takes ten days for the funds to reach you. Each financial company works differently though, so if you haven’t received your money at that time it is best to follow up with them. They’ll be able to tell you when they will release the money in to your account.
