Refund

  I upgraded my plan to a personal bundle and was charged 30 pounds. Shortly after i upgraded it to the premium bundle and was charged 55 pounds. In total i was charged 85 pounds. However, when I request a refund for both I only received 55 pounds. May I ask how can i get a refund for my other 30 pounds?

  May I ask how can i get a refund for my other 30 pounds?

  I’ve just refunded the remaining £30 and you can view a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

  Refunds usually show up on your statement in 7-14 business days, although international refunds (outside the US) can take a little longer.

  Hi gemmacevans,

  I made this transaction on the 8th of July and I’ve already received my refund for the £55, so I would have thought that I would receive it together with the £30 too. Would it be possible for you to check if the refund was processed?
