refund

    I was granted a refund for 150$ for a charge that posted the 13th of July. The account on WordPress shows that I no longer have access to a business account and I am back onto a free acount but I have not received the money back into my account so I am very worried because this was done a few weeks ago.

    Hi vmxnv,

    Refunds can typically take 7 – 10 business days to reflect back to your account depending on the processing time of your bank.

    We definitely issued your refund. You can see a receipt with a transaction reference from our payment processor here:

    Some banks take longer to process the refunds than others though, so it could be your bank hasn’t finished the process on their side yet. Can you please follow up with them?
