  I issued a refund after my premium plan was not working for me .I got a massage showing the refund was done through my paypal account, i have been patient untill is was comllete but as write this i cant withdraw the money from my paypap account.

  From my understanding, you received the money into your PayPal account but you can’t withdraw them to your account. Please go here for PayPal support: https://www.paypal.com/us/selfhelp/contact/email
