    I decided against the subscription 7 days ago but my refund has not been processed. Also, I need a recommendation for a managed wordpress company. I do not have time to build a site myself so I need a full service company that can do it.

    Hi ayrsbre,

    I decided against the subscription 7 days ago but my refund has not been processed.

    We issued a full refund for your plan on 27-Jul-2017 and there is a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History:

    Refunds usually take 7-14 business days to show on your statement, although international refunds (outside the US) can take a little longer for your bank to process. But rest assured, the money has been sent from our end and is on its way to you.

    Also, I need a recommendation for a managed wordpress company.

    I don’t have recommendations for specific companies so I’d recommend searching Google for ‘WordPress development agency’ and have a look at company reviews if they are available. That should give you a better idea of the types of services each company can provide.
