  Hello
  I have received the business package refund but have not received the intial purchase of the WordPress premium. How long will it take?

  I will tag this thread for staff support so they can look into this for you.

  Here is some information on how long refunds usually take to post to your account:

  You will be refunded to the same payment method you used for your purchase. After processing, refunds usually take about ten days to appear on your statement. For credit card refunds, it could take up to 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to show up. International refunds can take even longer to reach you. Your financial institution is going to be able to tell you when to expect the refund and how it will be listed on your statement.

  Hi there,

  We have refunded your full payment, except for the cost of the domain, carsamg.com, as that domain is already past the refund period. You can see receipts for the refunds here:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/

  If you haven’t received part of the refund yet, it’s probably because your bank is still processing it. Please follow up with them directly on this.

  Regarding the domain, while it’s past the refund period, I can still restore it to your account if you want to keep on using it. You don’t have to use it with WordPress.com, but can point it to another service as well if you prefer.
