  i purchased a plan but i wasn’t​ happy with it so i deleted the domain and plan before the 48 hours but when i was meant to get a £30 refund its only showing a £11.35 refund which is wrong because​ the domain is £18 so i would like to know what is going on and receive​ my full £30 refund. ps. i paid using paypal

  We need details please.
  1. What is the domain URL?
  2. What is the underlying .wordpress.com URL?
  3. Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it?
  4. When was the upgrade purchased?
  5. When did the refund request and cancellation take place?
  6. Do you wish to use the domain on another site? Or do you wish to cancel it?

  Canceling domains
  It is important to know that cancelled domains are not released by the registrar immediately. Also note that here’s no guarantee you’ll be able to use a domain again as it may be sold to someone else. Therefore you should cancel a domain, if and only if, you are sure you do not wish to use it again.

  WordPress.COM is the top level domain here. Do you not recall the domain URL without the .wordpress.com in it that you purchased?

  on my site its says i need to pay a fine for a chargeback ……? it weren’t my fault so I’m not paying anything
