i am sorry that we have to go through this but i haven’t used wordpress for more than 2 years. you just charged me again and i am sure i canceled my subscription last year. not blaming you but please refund my money

To save you time we can try to determine relevant details such as which upgrade, which site URL and which username account is this about.
How many username accounts and sites do you have? Maybe you failed to cancel one and disable auto renew.

It’s important to know that each charge is sent to the registered email address for each username account, so if you have more than one username account that could be confusing you. Also, if you have a wordpress.org account and a wordpress.com account that could be confusing you.

i only had one site willkillprofits.com. I know it was on automatic renewal but that was suppose to be canceled a couple years back.. i haven’t used wordpress in over 2 years. thats why i deserve my refund

There are no prorated refunds. Refunds https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/ are time limited.
• WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund from date of purchase on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.
• The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.

Hi @killingsworthwillardadmin, it looks like the payment was disputed, which throws a wrench into the refund process. Right now the chargeback is listed as closed, so we’ll do some digging to see if the funds were returned to us. I’ll process the refund for you as soon as I confirm out they were.
