Refund

    Hello, I have tried to contact the support for few days already.

    I have requested a refund on 19th of August, however it was still not processed, I am still missing the amount of 63 USD, kindly advise on this as the month is closing and I will be charged on my credit card.

    Hi there,

    Your refund was issued in full on 19 August. You can view receipts for the refund transactions here:

    https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/

    If you haven’t received them yet, please follow up with your bank directly – this is most like a delay with processing it on their end.

    Thank you for your reply, I did call the bank they said that the amount is still pending, other words, the amount is still being held by wordpress

    Those funds left our account the moment we processed the refund and issued those receipts. If it still shows as pending it might indicate a problem between your bank and our payments processor, though.

    Please give your bank the transaction IDs appearing in the receipts, then they can use that to follow up directly with our payments processor.
