i cant see my money in my account how long does it take, for u people to refund me? from what i read it was a week

Refunds usually take 7 to 10 business days (so excluding weekends and holidays), but it also depends on the processing times at your bank. If the refund is not showing on your bank statement after 10 business days, please follow up with the bank directly. I have confirmed the refund was correctly processed on our end.

if i did i would have texted u i need u to send me the transaction number coz the bank says only the transaction number can do for the refund i need that money

You can find the transaction reference for the refund in the receipt we issued you on 27 August when you cancelled your plan. You can find that receipt here:
