  I was charged 832.20 rs on my credit card and it is for word press. I don’t know why I was charged. I dont use any of your services. Please refund the amount as soon as possible.

  Can I delete it and get refund? because I don’t see any site hosted in my word press account. When I check manage account it asks me to create a new site

  I can see you have a custom domain with WordPress.com which means you must have a WordPress.com plan active.This plan is automatically renewed every year; a month before expiration.

  If you still want a refund and don’t want to continue with a paid plan, a staff can do that for you. This means you will go back to the free WordPress.com plan (travelnbite.wordpress.com).

  Let us know what you decide.

  Just to clarify, the site, travelnbite.com, belongs to the second username that posted here – travelnbite

  The payment on your card is renewal of the domain mapping upgrade that connects the domain to your WordPress.com site. You bought that upgrade from us a year ago, so this is the yearly renewal.

  If you want to cancel and refund that upgrade, I will need you to post here as the travelnbite username to confirm.
