  Hi mhope92,

  All the refund info for WordPress.com users can be found at https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/.

  It does look like your site is hosted with bluehost.com, so if it’s in regards to that, you’ll need to connect with Blue Host not WordPress.

  If this doesn’t assist you, then add ‘modlook’ as a tag to your thread and a staff member will review it in due time.
