Hi there,
To get a refund, you need to cancel your upgrade plan before 30 days of purchase. If you are under expiration period, you can claim for a refund.
Refer this link to claim your refund:

I’ve refunded the renewals for your Personal Plan and G Suite subscriptions. You should receive your refunds within 10 business days, depending on your bank.
In future please start your own thread instead of posting into someone else’s.
For what upgrade are you trying to get a refund? To refund your domain that renewed today, sira-us.org, I’ll also need to cancel the domain. Cancelled domains are not released immediately, and it can take anything from a few days to over a year before a cancelled domain becomes available again, if at all. You should never cancel a domain that you still want to use, as there’s no guarantee that you’ll be able to use it again somewhere else in future. Only cancel a domain if you’re completely sure you no longer want it at all.
Please confirm if I should proceed.

In future please start your own thread, and include the domain you need help with.
Is this for catherineinthecity.org?

You’ve already contacted us via email and we’ve replied there as well before you even commented in this thread. Please don’t use multiple channels to contact us, as that makes it harder for us to help you.
As this thread is several weeks old and the OP has never replied I’m closing it to further replies.
