Customer support is out for a week. My domain auto renewed today but I am trying to cancel it and get a refund. I can’t find anyone to email. It says this has to be taken care of within 48 hours

Are you able to cancel it yourself?
visit your purchases page and see this Support Doc, depending of if autorenew registered yet or not, will depend on what portion you need.If not, we’ll tag staff, and they will respond, no worries – it will just take a bit longer than usual but they will fix it for you. :)

I have added the modlook tag so that a staff member can see this request. As @christinemaze mentioned, do not worry! :) They will take a bit longer to respond than normal but this will get fixed up.

Would you like to cancel viintagethoughts.com? Just so you are aware, once a domain has been cancelled there is no guarantee you will be able to get it back again. For this reason, we only recommend cancelling a domain if you are sure you won’t need it again in the future.
If you are happy for the domain to be cancelled, just let me know and I can cancel it and issue a refund.
