You will be refunded to the same payment method you used for your purchase. After processing, refunds usually take about ten days to appear on your statement. For credit card refunds, it could take up to 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to show up. International refunds can take even longer to reach you.

Your account shows you disputed the payment to WordPress.com and PayPal issued a chargeback against us. Chargebacks are a tool for fraud prevention:
Creating a chargeback removes the upgrades on your account and locks the site until you pay a chargeback fee or cancel the chargeback — in this case it’s too late to cancel the chargeback because the payment has already been reversed.
We are happy to issue refunds but are no longer able to for this subscription because the payment has already been reversed by PayPal. The money may not appear on your statement yet but it has been withdrawn from us and rerouted to you.
Occasionally banks will remove the original charge from your statement rather than showing it as a credit, so it’s worth checking that too.
