REFUND?

You have a 14 day trial. I expect you to refund when I cancelled the same day. This was 4 days ago. You can’t wait until day 15 to say…’Sorry I can’t help you.’
If I cant get a refund in 2 days, I will have contact my FI (Financial Institution) to contact your accounting office, which could be embarrassing for you.
You can’t hide behind answers that never provide a solution. This seems to be the only way I can contact you.
You really are good by providing no way anyone could contact you.
Don;t send me a link that says read here. NOT A SOLUTION!
Put a phone number on your website, even an email. I dont want my answeres in the public forum.
This is no way to do business when you bleed my info to the public.

Staartmees has given you correct information about duplicate threads. Is slows down staff’s ability to answer questions in a timely fashion.
However, regarding your refund…
I’m seeing a refund as having been processed on 2022-10-12. So you should be all set. Please keep in mind that while many refunds show up within 24-48 hours, it is not unusual for them to take up to 7-10 days. And in rare cases, typically with non USA banks, even longer.
