  I want to cancel my account and have my money refunded. This site is not as user friendly as it first appeared. The site I paid for and spent hours working on is no longer ger accessible by the only email I use and provided, (email visible only to moderators and staff). thanks

  Clarifying: this account has no sites and no purchases. I’m guessing it’s just under another user.
