  we are now going to a mouth plus when u said the money will come in 7days time what are u guys doing i need my money?

  Hi mybnl,

  If you paid for your WordPress plan with a credit card, refunds can take up to 1-2 billing cycles to be reflected on your account. If you have been issued a refund, what you can do is call your credit card provider and ask them when the refund will be reflected on your account.

  Hi there,

  We issued a refund back on 8/27. You should’ve received a receipt of the transaction here. To verify, I checked our system and we did release the funds your way. If you have not checked with your bank yet, I would contact them and see if there is any transaction from us – please let me know what they say. I will look into this further for you if there is nothing from their end.
