  I originally purchased the Premium plan in June and yesterday I upgraded to a business plan for $199. Today I canceled the business plan and was notified that I am now on a free plan. How do I receive a partial refund on the $99 I was originally build for a one year subscription for the premium? I was notified that I would receive the refund for the business plan of $199.
