I am trying to cancel a plan bundle package. But there is not option to under me> manage purchases.
Please help me out with this.

Hi there, do you need to be logged in with a different username account? The only account that will see the option to cancel the plan is the one that purchased the upgrade.
Regardless, I’ve gone ahead and tagged this for Staff assistance.
