Refund.

Right. Bit of a confusing one.
Last year I made a WordPress for this company.
But I forgot to transfer any payments over to them so I woke up with a £30 charge.
I contested the payment via PayPal. The payment came out of my PayPal under my own personal email address.
I think got word that they would sort the money out for me. But cause I contested the payment it blocked me from cancelling and slapped me with a £17.
They’ve since got back to me and told me to not renew the domain or the site. So I want a refund. Of the £30 and tried looking through the refund page and the options aren’t there for me to get a refund. I actually just to want speak to someone rather than go through forums. The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Tried twitter but they sent me here. I just want a £30 refund and to close everything down.

I just notest how terrible the spelling and grammar of this is. I apologies. It’s a quick cig break email.

@kandffamilyfirstaidtraining, no worries with that. However, it would be helpful for the staff to provide you quick help if you share the website address you need help with. Is it familyfirstaidtrainingorg.wordpress.com or something else?
-
Familyfirstaidtraining.org is the website.
I signed over the email for it so I don’t have access to the email account, but they kept the password the same for WordPress so I could access it. The PayPal was billed from my own personal PayPal account. -
Hello,
But cause I contested the payment it blocked me from cancelling and slapped me with a £17.
The chargeback has been closed so we are now able to issue a refund. I’ve refunded £30 to you and there is a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History:
https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing
Refunds usually take 7-14 business days to show on your statement, although international refunds (outside the US) can take a little longer.
The domain and plan have been cancelled and you will not be charge for the renewal again.
Please let me know if you need any more help.
Thanks!
