  I cancelled this ages ago & it has continued to come out of my account.

  Your plan was set to auto renew, which is why the payment went through. I can see you disputed the payment to WordPress.com, which created a chargeback on your account:

  Do you no longer need the domain, mna-removals.com? Just so you are aware, once mna-removals.com has been cancelled, there is no guarantee you will be able to register it again in the future.

  If the domain is no longer needed, I’ll look at your refund and make sure the upgrades are fully cancelled.
