Hello, a representative helped me the other day to cancel my business subscription and refund me over a chat. I see we’ve already replied to you in https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/refund-2495, so I’m closing this as a duplicate.
You can click on the Member link under a user’s username to check that they don’t have any duplicate threads. Also check the tags section on a thread to make sure it’s not already marked as a duplicate :)
