Hello, a representative helped me the other day to cancel my business subscription and refund me. I wanted to confirm that went through as there was a lot of disconnect and issues with the chat window on my end. Please let me know. Thank you

Okay sorry for some reason on my phone it appeared that I had pressed the “contact us” section and so I didn’t understand why it was going onto a forum. Much appreciation.
