  Refunded on the 28th september, however have not recieved a refund back yet. When will i expect to recieve it?

  We definitely processed your refund in September. You can view a receipt here:

  Refunds usually takes around 10 business days, but it can vary based on your bank’s processing times. As it’s been more than 10 days already, can you please follow up with your bank? You can use the transaction ID from our payment processor in your receipt as a reference.
