  I am attempting to get a refund as I ma still within the 30 day trial period, please advise how I can get my outstanding £36.00 refund?

  Thanks for helping out. If you spot a post is a duplicate of another one that has already been answered, please add the tag “duplicate” to the thread. Our volunteer moderator checks for those and closes them, as do staff when we do a sweep of unreplied threads. Just makes it easier for us to find them.
