I am trying to get a refund in the full amount. I no longer wish to have this domain or account, and was unaware that it was set to auto renew. can you please help tell me how i can get a full refund? thank you

Canceling domains
It is important to know that cancelled domains are not released by the registrar immediately. Also note that here’s no guarantee you’ll be able to use a domain again as it may be sold to someone else. Therefore you should cancel a domain, if and only if, you are sure you do not wish to use it again.Do you wish to use the domain on another site?

I can see that a $73 refund was processed with the cancellation of your premium plan.
My question is whether or not you intended to also cancel driveonblog.com? Please let me know so that I can make sure the account is straightened out the way you intend.

Yes, i’d like to cancel all domains and accounts.
Am I able to get the other $26 refunded? I did not know this was auto renewing I haven’t used it in months, thank you -
