  Dear Sir,

  Before week i have purchase 2400/- and i have do something Domin to buy but it is very difficult how to do it? So i cancel purchase, but i have no receive 2400/-, When it will be refund to my bank account?

  I’ve checked your account and I can see your plan was fully refunded on 18th October 2017. You can view a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History:

  Refunds usually reach your account in 7-14 business days, although international refunds (outside the US) can take a little longer. But rest assured, your refund has been sent.

  Okay 7-14 business days finish now will be 16 days n no receive money refunds, So what i do now dear?

  Okay 7-14 business days finish now will be 16 days n no receive money refunds

  A refund has been sent from our end so the next step is to contact your bank and ask if there are any processing delays at their end — processing times vary from bank to bank and for international refunds.

  The transaction ID on the refund receipt will help your bank locate the refund on their system.
