i am trying to get a refund but you have not posted it on your site but took it out of my bank yesterday. I have 48 hours to ask for it. I have screen shots of the entire process. So i am asking for a refund nothing is posting to manage purchases….What is going on?

It is not very clear to me if you have claimed a refund already or you wish to claim one.
If you’ve already claimed a refund and you are promised a refund from staff then I’d suggest you to wait. It takes few days for a refund to get processed.Go through this link to know more on Refunds –
https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/To get a refund, you need to cancel your upgrade plan before 30 days of purchase and domain registration before 48 hours. If you are under expiration period, you can claim for a refund.

there is no way to claim one. They have not posted the$99 they took out of my account yesterday. I would just go to manage account and ask if it was posted. But since it hasnt how do i get it?

That’s a strange behaviour. You seem to own a free WordPress.com site with a free theme.Please confirm the site address for which you were charged. Also, mention if you have purchased any Jetpack plan.
I’ve added modlook tag in sidebar for staff assistance. Staff will confirm the charge.

Yes i am new to this and thought i had to buy word press to get a theme and it is included in my store so i bought the $99 word-press and it was taken out of my account yesterday.
So i apologize for the misunderstanding on my part but l am working on a limited budget and need that refunded.

There are no upgrades owned by the account you are currently logged in to, did you purchase them using a different account?
