  I never received my cancellation receipt or my refund hasn’t been sent to me yet can you advise?

  You can find copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History:
  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

  Refunds usually take 7-14 business days to show on your statement, so you can expect to receive the money around that time.

  Hi there,

  If you cancel after an automatic renewal the renewal payment is not refunded like with purchasing a new upgrade.

  I have processed the refund for your recent renewal and you will now see a receipt for it in your billing history. You should receive the refund in about 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
