Refund

I was charged an upgrade for a website I attempted to cancel. The $9 for the website was supposed to be refunded, but i never received an email. The $26 I never got the option. This was within a few hours of being automatically charged. I already tried to cancel this once and it was still up, so this should never have happened in the first place. It says it’s on free now. I tried to chat with someone and the chat cut off.

Hi there,
To get a refund, you need to cancel your upgrade plan before 30 days of purchase and domain registration before 48 hours. As you mentioned cancelling within few hours of being charged, I assume you are eligible to claim a refund. But I can’t promise as I’m just a volunteer and not staff.
