  Hi. I have requested a refund for this auto subscription as I am no longer making use of this plan.

  Please let me know when this has been done.

  I have requested a refund for this auto subscription as I am no longer making use of this plan.

  Your account shows we issued a $99 refund on 14th November 2017. There is a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History if you need one:

  Refunds usually take 7-14 business days to appear on your statement, so you can expect to receive the money around that time.
