  I was charged and would like to claim a refund. How may I do this?

  Hi Lauren,

  There isn’t any charge under the account you’re using to post to this thread. Please log-in to the WordPress.com account that was charged and post to this thread so I see the charge and issue you a refund.

  Hello,

  I’m not sure how to get on to the website which was https://tom-steward.com it may have been linked to the (email visible only to moderators and staff) however that is no longer functional. It is attached to my credit card though. Is there any other way that we can resolve this issue?

  Hi Lauren,

  This site is linked to a different email address than the one you provided. To be able to recover access to that account you must have access to the email connected to that account and then you have to enter that email address in the password recovery tool:

  https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword

  If that doesn’t work, in order to regain access to a WordPress.com account, we’ll need one of the following things:

  – A transaction ID for any upgrades purchased for the account

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/transaction-id/

  – The WordPress.com account activation link, which we sent to your email address when you first registered with us.
