Refund

I bought this as instructed by my webmaster who cancelled straight away as not fit for purpose. I have a WordPress site through media temple. Please take down this blog as it is causing confusion and please refund as requested on numerous occasions

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  • Hi,

Sure. You can get a refund within the first 30 days of purchase. All you have to do is go to the Manage purchases page and everything should go ok from there. Here is a more detailed guide on how to do it: https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/

Let me know if that helped.

    Cheers,
    Robert

    Hi zerotoamillionclub,

I did cancel but nothing refunded and site still live

I can see you recently cancelled the Premium plan for zerotoamillionclub.wordpress.com. Our plans can be refunded if they cancelled within 30 days of purchase. Your plan was purchased back in April so I’m afraid we are no long able to refund it. There are full details about our refund policy in this guide:

    Refund a Purchase

If you like, I can restore the plan back to your site. This would give you the option to continue using Premium plan features until the original expiry date in April 2018. Is this something you would like me to do?

Thank you Gemma. This was cancelled straight away and not activated as it became clear this could not do what I needed. I have a WordPress site with media temple and have no need for another. I am more concerned that this site exists when min is elsewhere albeit, I think this is a poor show when this was cancelled right after ordering simply because it was inadequate. Please advise, thank you

    Hi zerotoamillionclub,

This was cancelled straight away and not activated as it became clear this could not do what I needed.

Your account shows you purchased the plan on 29th April 2017 but it wasn’t cancelled until 20th November 2017. As this is more than 30 days, we are no longer able to issue a refund.

I am more concerned that this site exists when min is elsewhere

If you no longer wish to keep the site, it can be deleted by following these steps:

    Delete a Website

Deleting a site is permanent and it won’t be possible to reuse the WordPress.com address in the future. If you may need it again, setting the site to private may be a better option.
