I cancelled my premium account within 48 hours. It’s been almost a week now. When can I expect my money back?

It normally takes 7-14 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment source.
Given the gravity of the situation, here is what I am doing. I have added a tag “modlook” in this topic. One of the members from the WordPress.com staff/WordPress.com Happiness Engineers should be able to help you through this and confirm your refund status.

Your account shows we sent a €48 refund on 10th November 2017. There is a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History if you need it:

Refunds usually take 7-14 business days to reach your account but international refunds (outside the US) can take a little longer. If the refund hasn’t reached your account by that time, please contact your bank to see if there are any delays on their end — as processing times can vary depending on your bank.
Rest assured, the money has been sent from our end and is on its way.

Thanks for letting me know. Can you confirm whether you have spoken with your bank or PayPal? If not, please provide them with the transaction ID printed on the refund receipt in your Billing History — they can use that information to help locate the refund on their system.
