  Hello,

  I have received information that on 2nd October the refund will be transferrend to my bank account. I haven’t received the refund yet.
  When can I expect the money back?

  Hi Oliwia,

  Refunds usually take about 10 business days to appear in your account, but it depends on the processing times at your bank. It can also take longer if you are with a non-US bank.

  You can follow up with your bank directly on this by providing them the transaction ID that appears in the refund receipt as a reference.

  It has been over a month now and I haven’t received the money back :(

  Hi there –

  The best place to start is with with your banking provider. From our end, I can see that the funds were released to them on October 2nd, 2022.

  Some banking providers will not release the funds in to the individual account for 1-2 billing cycles. But they are the place to follow up as they are the ones with the details of their policies and procedures.
