    Hi

    I have sent a message regarding my refund few days ago but have not had any response.

    It only came to my attention earlier this month that i was still getting billed for this domain which I cancelled in 2016 but obviously didn’t get cancelled.

    I have not used this domain at all, please kindly refund me the money for the last three years £45 in total, as I do not think it’s fair that even after I cancelled I am still paying for this. Also have not had any response to my previous message.

    Please get back to me on this asap.
