I was just charged $99 from WordPress. I thought I had canceled my wordpress site long ago. I would like a refund.

If you would like to cancel and get a refund, you can do so on your Purchases page – https://wordpress.com/me/purchases
Note that refunds are issued for WordPress.com plans within 30 days for purchase/renewal.

The Premium plan was active and auto renewed, which is why you were charged. I can see you disputed the $99 payment and PayPal issued a chargeback against us.
Chargebacks are a fraud prevention tool. When issued, all upgrades are removed and your site is locked until you cancel the chargeback or pay a fee. Once that has been done, the lock can be removed.
I’d be happy to issue a refund but the payment is currently locked. Please cancel the dispute through the PayPal Resolution Centre and let me know when you’ve done so.

The money should reach your account in 7-14 business days.
