  I want the refund to go to my bank account and not paypal. It was charged through paypal but was taken out of my bank card.

  When you use their PayPal account to pay, it’s called PayPal Express, and refunds for such transaction should show in your PayPal account. You should check your PayPal account for the refund, not your bank.

  If you want to get the money returned to your bank account, you will have to take this up with PayPal customer support team.

  Hi @tyaishabaptista, we can only send the refund to the account that paid for the transaction. So if you bought it with your bank card, it will be refunded there soon.
