  How long does it take for my refund to be processed?
  I do not see the refund in my bank account.

  Good day,

  Please refer to this guide for any concerns with refunds:

  But to quickly answer your question. For credit card refunds, it could take up to 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to show up. International refunds can take even longer to reach you. (I’m assuming you originally made the payment through a credit card. )

  drunkentennis is right. Also, to add on their suggestion, please don’t share personal information such as transaction IDs and receipt numbers in public.

  Your account shows we sent a $299 refund on 1st January 2018. There is a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History if you need it:

  Refunds usually take 7-14 business days to show on your statement, so you can expect to receive the money around that time. If the refund hasn’t reached you after that time, please contact your bank to see if there are any delays in processing on their end.
