I see that we processed a refund for $35.18 back on 8/13 and that you should’ve posted it back to your account. The eCommerce Plan for 287.82 isn’t eligible for a refund because it is past the refund window.
For initial domain registrations, the time frame to receive a refund is 96 hours. All other purchasable annual upgrades and renewals have a 14-day refund window. Purchasable monthly upgrades and renewals have a 7-day refund window. For more information on the refund policy, please visit our support page:
