  Hi
  Further to my previous messages I need a refund of the £85 that was taken from my paypal account in December. This was for a domain hosting I believe but my website is not active. I did raise a dispute in Paypal to which you did not respond. Please can you expedite the refund asap.

  Hi Helen,

  Thanks for cancelling the dispute. I have refunded £85 for the Premium plan and you can view a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History:

  Refunds usually take 7-14 business reach your account, although international refunds (outside the US) can take a few extra days to arrive.

  I’ve also sent confirmation of a refund to the email you sent us earlier today.
