  I cancelled my member ship and awaiting the refund into my account. This was 9 days ago and doing a chase up to make sure there hasn’t been a problem.

  It can sometimes take 7-10 days to arrive in your bank account/statement.

  Canceling and refunding purchases
  There are no prorated refunds. Refunds https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/ are time limited.
  • WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund from date of purchase on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.
  • The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.
  • It takes from 1 – 2 weeks or 7 – 10 business days for the refund to be received after canceling an upgrade and requesting one.

  1. What is the URL of the domain?
  2. Which wordpress.COM plan did you purchase?
  3. Which wordpress.COM site did you purchase it for?
