  No email link has been emailed to me to refund my theme. I’ve tried sending it a bunch of times.
  Please help.

  You currently have two Premium themes, The ‘Full-Frame’ and ‘Shelf’ theme. Which one do you want me to cancel and refund?

  The full frame One please. Also with my “Shelf” theme, I am having trouble creating items for the shelf horizontally, how can I get help with how to use the theme?

  The Full Frame Premium Theme has been canceled and refunded as requested.

  For future reference, there will be a link for the specific Premium Theme support forum under Appearance -> Themes in your blog’s Dashboard, but the theme needs to be active and you need to be signed in as the user who purchased it in order to see it.
