  Hello, I am trying to cancel theme and refund, but it is not allowed. Is is possible in free account? Thank you for your advice

  Hi!

  If the theme purchase is older than 30 days, you cannot cancel and get a refund.

  Otherwise, it should be possible at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases

  Your account shows we refunded €59 for TheFour theme on 18th January 2018. There is a receipt confirming this in your Billing History:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

  Refunds usually appear on your statement in 7-14 business days but international refunds (outside the US) can take a little longer.
