  How long does it take to get a refund for an automatic renewal I do not want?

  Hi!

  If you have canceled your WordPress.com plan that renewed no older than 30 days on this page https://wordpress.com/me/purchases, you should be seeing the refund on your original payment mode in about ten days.

  For credit card payments though, it could take 1-2 billing cycles. International payments can take longer.

  Hi there,

  I can see we issued the refund on January 16, 2018. You can see a receipt for the refund here:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/

  Refunds usually take about 10 business days to appear in your account, but it depends on the processing times at your bank. It can also take longer if you are with a non-US bank. Please follow up with your bank directly on this. You can provide them the transaction ID that appears in the refund receipt as a reference.
