  Hi!

  If your purchase of the WordPress.com Personal plan is not older than 30 days, you should be able to cancel and receive a refund yourself on this page. https://wordpress.com/me/purchases

  Although, I have added a tag “modlook” to this topic. One of the members from the WordPress.com staff/WordPress.com Happiness Engineers should be able to check this for you and help.

  Thx for help, I purchased personal plan first which cost me 48,and then upgrade it to premium for 48 more. After request a refund,my account has been downgraded to free plan and only have a $48 refund pending on my statement, I am wondering where is the other 48?

  Hi there,

  As you can see from your Billings page both refunds have been issued:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

  Refunds usually take about 10 business days to appear in your account, but it depends on the processing times at your bank. It can also take longer if you are with a non-US bank. Please follow up with your bank directly on this. You can provide them the transaction ID that appears in the refund receipt as a reference.
