I just got charged today $35.88 and have no clue why. I haven’t used your services in almost a year and I no longer need them. I’ve deleted my site, please refund the auto charge of $35.88. I did not sign up for auto renew anything. Thank you.

Please note to not share any personal details including credit/debit card details, transaction ID’s, etc, because as this is a public forum, and it is indexed by Google, which means any user WordPress.com users or not can see our forums.
Let’s do some checking into this, while staff jump in and resolve this for you:Can you please check your purchases by going to: “Little Person” Icon > Manage Purchases? Then, check for a most recent transaction, and see how that was caused.
You then, should also check:
— WPCHRG.wordpress.com, which is a tool used to check purchases made from WordPress.com. This way, you can make sure of how this was made, and for what plan, as well.
— Manage Purchases, a support link I found for you to learn more about managing your purchases. This can ensure that you know what your using your money for.
I’ve also tagged this as Modlook, so that staff could help with this further, and check your account to see what the problem is.

On 2017-03-11 you registered pinklimo.info as part of your personal plan on this account. This was set up with automatic renewal, which did process, and is what you’ve written to us about here.
Let me know if you have any plans to continue using this domain. Once cancelled we can’t guarantee that you’ll be able to regain ownership of it in the future. It’s likely someone else will register it.

The total cost of your plan has now been refunded.
Refunds usually take 7-14 business days to show on your statement, so the money should reach you around that time.
