Hi missmaverick96,
I see you disputed the renewal payment for missmaverick.org and PayPal issued a chargeback against us. Chargebacks are a fraud prevention tool and therefore shouldn’t be used for requesting refunds.
When a chargeback is issued, all upgrades are removed and your account is locked until you either cancel the dispute or pay a chargeback fee.
I’ll be happy to issue a refund but the payment is currently locked. Please cancel the dispute through the PayPal Resolution Centre or call them directly — this is often the fastest way to cancel a dispute.
Please let me know if you have any questions.

Hi missmaverick96,
Thanks for cancelling the dispute, I’m just waiting for that to be reflected on our system — this will unlock the payment so I can issue a refund. Did you call PayPal or cancel the dispute through the Resolution Centre?
I wanted to double check that missmaverick.org is no longer needed at all? Once a domain has been cancelled there is no guarantee you will be able to register it again at a later date so I thought I’d check before cancelling it.

Hi missmaverick96,
I’ve refunded your payment and there is a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History here:
https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing
Refunds usually take 7-14 business days to show on your statement but international refunds (outside of the US) can take a few extra days to arrive.
missmaverick.org has been cancelled and won’t renew again next year.
Let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.
